A Method to our Madness

Mapping

Once a company has engaged MICRONix, further definition of the processes to be improved must be done. Mapping is the structured method that MICRONix uses to determine process candidates for the organization. Through the joint discovery effort of MICRONix and staff of the organization, candidates for automation are mapped out.

Mapping focuses on processes that are:

  • Paper intensive
  • Labor intensive
  • High volume
  • Repetitive
  • Requiring high accuracy

Candidate processes are often associated with::

  • Forms processing
  • Data collection
  • Information distribution
  • Document Management

MICRONix examines the candidate business processes to determine which ones can benefit most from process automation. Candidates are ranked for value to the organization and the design phase is scheduled.
