Design

After the initial mapping process we can then collaborate with the client to design a specific solution to automate a specific business process. The process is re-engineered, thereby improving productivity by increasing accuracy, reducing labor costs, and providing results in a more timely manner.

MICRONix provides a detailed map of the current process including existing technology and workflow. The re-engineered design map details the future process, new technology, and integration of the new process into the existing infrastructure. This creates a new process workflow design.

The workflow design provides the client with a blueprint by which the existing process and the new process can be explained, quantified, and implemented. Costs for technology, implementation, architecture, and return on investment (ROI)are typically identified in this stage. ROI is often the most important criteria used to rank candidate processes.
