Until the introduction of Business Process Automation (BPA), business transactions were manually processed. Human based systems that collect data contain a certain amount of risk. Data collection ,while critical to business transactions, is prone to error when manually processed. Often results are incorrect, slow to be produced, and expensive to obtain. This means a company spends more time, money on personnel and equipment to collect the data required to operate the business.

In every department of an organization, business processes can be identified that require data to be collected and processed. Some common business processes include hiring an employee, approving vacation requests, handling claims requests in an insurance company, processing requests for product information, processing orders, and so forth. Each of these business processes is composed of certain set of tasks that are designed to collect data.

When a business process requires large volumns of data be collected on a continuing basis, this business process is a good candidate for Business Process Automation.

We collect data from various sources, structured, unstructured, or web based. Some examples of unstructured are: vendor invoices, e-mail, in-house reports, misc. documents, anything paper based in a file cabinet. Some examples of structured are: re-imbursement forms, vacation requests, invoices, surveys, and purchase requests. Using Best-of-Breed tools we have developed a solution to manage your repetitive, mundane, mistake prone tasks that are vital to the success of your business. Using this information we can develop a form to customize those routine duties. This in turn would be more cost effective by decreasing the human error factor. Having employees freed up from data processing, means their time could be spent doing other tasks more important. Doing more with less saves your organization time and money.
